Privacy policy
Stucco & Co collects as little personal information as a quote needs, uses it only to reply to you and do the work, and does not sell or share it. This page says what we collect, why, and how to reach us about it. It follows Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).
What we collect
When you use the quote form you give us your name and phone number, and if you choose, your email address, the project location, a description of the work and a photo of the wall. When you call or email, we keep what you tell us about the job. We do not collect anything else through this site.
Why we collect it
To call or email you back, to book and carry out the site visit, to prepare your quote and to do the work you hire us for. The photo helps us come prepared. We do not use your information for marketing and there is no mailing list.
Who sees it
Form submissions are emailed to Stucco & Co and read by the people who handle quotes and scheduling. The email passes through the service that delivers it. We do not sell, rent or share your information with anyone else, except where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Inquiry details are kept for as long as needed to respond and, if you hire us, for the records of the job, the warranty period and the time our business and tax records require. You can ask us to delete an inquiry that did not lead to work at any time.
Cookies and analytics
This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics unless you accept them. If you accept, Google Analytics records page views and form sends in aggregate so we can see which pages are useful. You can decline, and the site works the same either way. The site loads no fonts, scripts or images from third parties.
Links to other sites
Links to Google (for reviews and maps), Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn take you to those services, which have their own privacy policies.
Your rights
You can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, subject to any records we must keep. Ask through the contact form or call (416) 676-6908. If you are not satisfied with our answer you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.

If this policy changes, the new version is posted here with a new date.
