We are rarely the cheapest quote. Here is what the difference buys.
A stucco exterior is only as good as the crew that puts it on and the system they use. Much of our work is repairing walls that other companies left unfinished or did badly. These are the reasons people choose us the first time, and the reasons they call back.

What you get with Stucco & Co
- Our own crews, every job
No piece work handed to another company, however big or small the project. The people who quoted the job are the people who do it.
- The owner on site
Michael works with the crew and supervises the materials. Problems get solved on the wall, not in a phone call a week later.
- Complete systems
Insulation, mesh, base coat, finish and sealants from the same recognised manufacturers, installed as designed. Mixing products is how walls fail.
- Every joint sealed
Windows, doors and transitions caulked and flashed properly. Most of the failed walls we open were never sealed at all.
- One price in writing
A free site visit, then a written quote for the work agreed. The price you are quoted is the price you pay, with no surprises.
- Insured and covered
$5 million liability insurance and WSIB coverage, so the risk on your property is ours, not yours.
- A warranty you can hold us to
One year on our work, in writing, from a company that has been at the same trade since 2010 and intends to stay.
What a low number usually leaves out
Over the years we have had many calls to repair work by companies that appeared, took a deposit, and disappeared with the job half done or done badly. A low quote is often low because something is missing: the drainage layer, the mesh at the corners, the sealant at the windows, the insurance, or the crew that was supposed to finish.
Before you hire anyone, ask for references and addresses of previous work, confirm their insurance and WSIB status, ask which system they install and whether their own crew does the work, and make sure you can reach them. If a contractor cannot be reached before the deposit, they will not be reached after it.
Our guide on how to choose a stucco contractor goes through the whole list.
What our customers say
Questions people ask before hiring us
Can I see work you have done near me?
Yes. Tell us where you are and we will point you to finished houses and buildings nearby, and to the gallery.
Do you take a deposit?
The terms are set out in the written quote. Ask Lars at the visit and he will walk you through them.
What does the warranty cover?
Our workmanship for one year from completion, in writing. The manufacturers' own product warranties apply alongside it.
What if something goes wrong after the job?
Call us. We are by your side after the installation, and repairs are part of what we do.
Is the work insured and warrantied?
Yes. Stucco & Co carries $5 million liability insurance and WSIB coverage, and every job comes with a one-year warranty on our work.
