What walls in Burlington usually need
Burlington's housing runs from older streets downtown and in Aldershot and Roseland to 1970s and 1980s subdivisions in Headon Forest and Millcroft and newer estates in Alton Village and the Orchard, with the escarpment and the lake setting the weather. Rebuilds near the lake and stucco over brick in the subdivisions are the common jobs.

What our customers say
Burlington stucco questions
Do you cover all of Burlington?
Yes, from Aldershot to Appleby Line and up to the escarpment.
Can you stucco over the brick on my 1980s house?
Yes, when the brick is sound. We check at the visit.
Do I need a permit for stucco?
Replacing a finish like for like usually does not need a building permit. Adding insulation board to an existing wall changes the assembly and some municipalities want a permit for that, and heritage districts need approval for exterior changes. We tell you what applies to your house at the site visit.
How far ahead should I book?
Spring and fall fill first. Call early and Lars will give you a realistic slot.
Is the work insured and warrantied?
Yes. Stucco & Co carries $5 million liability insurance and WSIB coverage, and every job comes with a one-year warranty on our work.
