What walls in Halton Hills usually need
Halton Hills is Georgetown, Acton and the countryside between: older brick houses in the two town centres, 1980s to 2000s subdivisions in Georgetown South, and estate homes and farmhouses on the escarpment and along the rural roads. Stucco here is mostly whole-house exteriors on estates and rebuilds, and stucco over brick in the subdivisions.
- Georgetown and Georgetown South
1980s to 2000s houses in brick. Stucco over brick on fronts and whole houses.
- Acton
Older brick houses and newer streets. Repairs, additions and stucco over brick.
- Glen Williams, Limehouse and the escarpment
Estate homes and rebuilt farmhouses. Full exteriors in stucco with stone, often on exposed sites.
- Rural properties
Houses and outbuildings on acreage. Access is easy; weather exposure is not, so detailing matters.

What our customers say
Halton Hills stucco questions
Do you come out to Georgetown and Acton?
Yes. Both are regular stops, and we group the work so the travel is ours, not yours.
Can you do a farmhouse in stucco with a stone base?
Yes. That is a common estate job: stucco above, stone below, detailed to drain where they meet.
Do I need a permit for stucco?
Replacing a finish like for like usually does not need a building permit. Adding insulation board to an existing wall changes the assembly and some municipalities want a permit for that, and heritage districts need approval for exterior changes. We tell you what applies to your house at the site visit.
Do you work on exposed rural sites in winter?
Finish coats need temperatures above the manufacturer's minimum. We schedule exposed sites for the warmer months and tell you what can be done when.
Is the work insured and warrantied?
Yes. Stucco & Co carries $5 million liability insurance and WSIB coverage, and every job comes with a one-year warranty on our work.
