Can you stucco over the brick on my bungalow?
Yes, when the brick is sound. We check pointing and spalling at the visit.
Do I need a permit for stucco?
Replacing a finish like for like usually does not need a building permit. Adding insulation board to an existing wall changes the assembly and some municipalities want a permit for that, and heritage districts need approval for exterior changes. We tell you what applies to your house at the site visit.
